This is a Spokes SLOW -MEDIUM Pace ride, average speed up to 8-10 mph organised by Spokes SW Herts Cycling Group led by KATHERINE

Ride alongside the river Great Ouse to join the University Way, the former railway line that linked Oxford & Cambridge to Sandy, then explore picturesque vilages on the return. Lunch stop at The Cowshed cafe in Northill. This is a Spokes Members only ride, spaces will be opened to non members 3 days before if the ride is not full.

Please arrive by 10:20, to be ready to leave at 10:30, free car parking, or can pick you up from Bedford train station.
