We start this 47 mile 10 mph ride by cycling up the Regent's Canal to the QE Park and then continuing up the Lee Valley to Myddelton House, where we stop for a refreshment break and to look at the gardens. We then continue to Trent Park and return to the QE Park, where we retrace our staps and return to Cutty Sark Gardens, where the ride finishes.

On the ride we pass Hornsey Church Tower and a pedestrian crossing at Palmerston Road - we press a button which brings the whole of the North Circular traffic to a halt so that we can cross! We also follow the path of Pymmes Brook and pass through Broomfield Park.
