Slow swan valley

Starting from Upton country park car park we will cycle to the stadium and down past the lake before crossing over to the canal towpath, which will take us to swan valley. A nice saunter around the cycle paths will bring us up to the A45 and the path next to the dual carriageway for our return to Duston. There’s an opportunity for a cuppa at foxfields about a mile before we get back to the start.

Helmets, inner tube and pump are recommended also money if you fancy refreshments.
