A sixteen mile ride starting from Joppa, Llanrhystud - I will message directions closer to the date to all participants booked on.

A training ride for the Diafol distance sportive at Aberystwyth Cycle Festival at the end of May!

A few hills but nothing too brutal, I am kind ;-)

A very relaxed ride, no pressure to go fast whatsoever. We will be cycling at no more than 10mph average speed on quiet country lanes. Please bring a spare inner tube and appropriate clothing.

Helmets Compulsory

I always advise bright clothing and a front and rear light when cycling on the road
