Free, women-only bike rides led by experienced Breeze Champions. They are a great way to get started in cycling or to improve your skills, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist.

A summer holiday version of the regular "Six miles in Stevenage at Four on Friday" Accompanied children are welcome.

The vast majority of the route uses the Stevenage cycleway network. There are a few short sections on quiet roads.

The ride is gentle and we don't rush around. The Cycle Hub is near Costello's cafe for refreshments before we leave at 4pm.

If it is warm, bring some water to drink along the way. We are never far from the start but it is worth having a spare inner tube with you just in case. Normal clothes and footwear are fine for this ride.

Accompanied children are welcome.
