Short winter ride Lowca Distington loop

Join me for a circular short winter ride. We will park in the grounds of St Bridget's church of Moresby parish. After a quick introduction to Breeze rides we will set off on road heading towards Lowca village. We will then take the cycle track from Lowca to Distington before returning on county road to head back to Lowca village from Distington golf club. 10km or 6 miles in total.

60% on road and 40% cycle track. Low volume traffic country road. Gradual gradients mainly with some short steeper inclines and declines.

We will have a main stop about half way round before leaving the cycle track for a rest and snack if required.

Be prepared for winter weather and wrap up well to keep warm and dry. We will have a cuppa and cake back in the church building so no money needed.
