Sheppey Velo would like to invite five riders to join in on a friendly social ride Sunday 11th July Starting at Cowstead Corner, at 08:00, the ride will take the riders off of the island through the Sittingbourne industrial estate and out into the lovely lanes of kent A few points PLEASE NOTE Sheppey Velo is a British Cycling affiliated club and in keeping with the guidelines this ride will be limited to SIX riders only; 1. First come first served basis 2. No Cafe stop this time 3. 1 metre between riders whilst moving 4. 2 metres when stopped 5. ICE contacts to be available to ride leader 6. Advise to bring bike spares please (at least a pump, a tube and tyre levers) 7. Common sense please! 8. No helmet NO ride!

There are no planned stops other than safe areas for water/food or the unfortunate puncture/mechanical

Helmets are mandatory as is common sense! Please bring at least a pump, a spare tube and tyre levers for the unfortunate Lights are advisable
