Severn Beach

A ride of 78 miles setting off from Eastern Leisure Centre llanrumney Cardiff to Severn Bridge, where we will follow country lanes to Newport Velodrome, more cycle lanes to take us to country roads to chepstow, across the bridge and coast for a short while, then stop for refreshments at Shirley’s Cafe (so remember some cash/payment) then back again on the same route. This ride is fine for less confident riders, its been set as challenging due to the distance. Know one will get left behind. Please bring a helmet, spares for any repairs, suitable clothing for weather forecast and bike riding for approx 8 to 9 hours. cash, a drink and a road worthy bike! (road, hybrid all suitable). Please be prepared to be solely responsible for your safety on the ride. The ride maybe cancelled at short notice if the weather takes a turn for the worse
