Starting at Hayle, then negotiating 1/2 mile on the main road before peeling off on the back roads from one coast to the other at Marazion. Taking the coast path to Penanze through to Newlyn and the following the sea to Mousehole.

As and when needed and refreshments in Mousehole overlooking the sea

Helmets, checked bikes and tyre pressure, money for refreshments, snacks, water and hand sanitiser.
