We start off from the Pavilion Café in Avenham Park and head clockwise round the Guildwheel to UCLAN Sports Arena. At the next road we leave the Guildwheel and head west to Lea then turn northwards passing through Treales and Wharles . We stop just before Elswick for coffee then continue toward Elswick and head East to Inskip. On reaching Inskip we head south to Salwick and onto Cottam to rejoin the Guildwheel path. We then retrace out route back to the Pavilion. The route is mainly flat.

We will aim for an average speed of 10-11 miles an hour.

We ride along the Guild Wheel and quiet roads.

We will stop at Saswick Farm for coffee and to say hello to the resident donkeys, Chocolate and Sassy.

Please wear a helmet and be prepared for the weather conditions. Also please bring along equipment to deal with a puncture. Have money available for refreshments at the cafe stop.

We never leave anyone behind
