A steady ride round the Staughtons.
Mixed roads. Most quiet but cars will pass so road confidence required. lanes and villages. Some hills. A cracking ride. Pace approx 12 to 13. suitable for road bike and hybrid with road tyres.
We will stop at Keysoe Equestrian centre for coffee (if it is closed for an event we will stop at the harbour view cafe on our return).
Please bring helmets, spare inner tube, a drink, some money for parking and refreshments plus any medication you need.
