Saltaire Meanderers - Now where shall we go next? - Eccup

Another 'challenging' ride which will most likely include a few e-bikes. Don't worry, we don't go any faster, but it enables some of us to continue cycling. We will be leaving from Saltaire, and heading out to Esholt and then up to Guiseley. From there we head up quiet roads to Bramhope and over to Eccup, where we we have a comfort/food break. Then through Weardley and Arthington before heading up Creskeld Lane to Bramhope. From here we will return home past Surprise View on the Chevin.

Please dress appropriately. Several thin layers are best and a rain jacket could come in handy. It’s a good idea to bring some water, a snack to keep you going and money for when we stop at the cafe.
Wearing a helmet is advisable; if you don’t have one please do not to worry you can still take part. If you enjoy the bike ride and would like to come again perhaps you could look to buy one then.
We really welcome newcomers to our rides; we will always ride at the pace of the slowest rider so no one is left behind. All you need is a roadworthy bike, sensible clothing and a bit of enthusiasm. It helps to have a spare inner tube of the correct size - just in case.
