About the route
Starting point
Greater Manchester

Crossing the Mersey at Jacksons Boat and heading West along the Trans Penine Trail. Passing through Stretford, Ashton, Carrington and Broadheath.
We will stop for a quick break at the retail park and then join the Bridgewater Canal for the return leg.
The route uses mainly off road tracks and trails that may be leafy / muddy at this time of year.
There are some surfaced roads around the retail park.
Please bring puncture kit or tube, bike lock, money for refreshments and a helmet is advised
The ride will be at a relaxed pace and all levels of rider are welcome
