Rother Valley to Retford via canal, tracks and some roads

Lovely quiet route which will include a few roads, some tracks and lots of tow path along the Chesterfield Canal. It's a challenging route because the path is narrow and requires lots of concentration to avoid getting wet. One or two fords.

Best suited to mountain bike as parts of the tow path beyond Worksop are very bumpy.

One or two stops along the way for refreshments.

Bring helmet and money along with inner tube and puncture kit etc..
