Heading off on this beginners ride, we will take the shared cyclepaths where possible and cycle on a quiet road through to our cafe stop. It is a short ride aimed at cyclists who are regaining their confidence back 'on the saddle'.
As always, a helmet is advisable along with a spare inner tube, pump, lock etc but don't worry too much if you don't have the latter. Also you may wish to bring along a drink.
