Starting from - Starting from - Starting at the Riverside Country Park Lower Rainham Rd, Rainham, Gillingham ME7 2XH where there is free parking and a toilet we will meet at 10.30
Always bring refreshments, drink and snack plus money if participants want to buy snacks at halfway stop. I have booked a garden table at the Three Tuns at Upchurch so that we can get a drink.
First-timers welcome!

All participants are expected to bring:
• A bike in good working order with tyres pumped to the correct pressure. Please conduct a pre-ride safety check on your bike.
• A cycle helmet.
• Carry at least a spare inner tube, pump and tyre levers.
• Dress for the expected weather.
• Anti-viral precautions per NHS advice.
• A drink as there is no refreshment stop.
• Lights if there is any chance of poor visibility.

Easy, sociable short local routes, traffic free paths, some quiet roads. Aimed at anyone, all ages and abilities.

We do 3 different routes so you don’t get bored. They are normally around 16 to 20 miles long and we take our time.
We ride through Kent’s pretty villages including
Upchurch
Lower Halstow
Newington
Bobbing
Iwade
returning along the picturesque River Medway.
