SW6 1TS

Leaving from Pedal Back Cycling (24 Lille Road SW6 1TS) at 09.30. Ongar road, Farm Lane to Fulham Road then onto Fulham Palace Road to Putney Bridge. Right turn into Lower Richmond Road up to Upper Richmond Road. Left into Priory Lane to Richmond Park.

Join us for our first ride of 2022! We're kicking things off with a ride to Richmond Park to ease us back into to group rides and get those legs moving after a winter of hibernating :) We'll be leaving from Pedal Back Cycling bike shop & cafe (www.pedalbackcycling.com) at 09.30 and heading out to Richmond Park for a lap or two before heading back to PBC. This is a great ride if you're new to group riding and looking to gain confidence on the roads. We're a friendly bunch so all are welcome. Please note that while the route to and from the park is flat, Richmond Park itself is hilly.

Our ride leader Bryan will take us from West Brompton to Richmond Park on a mixture of quiet and busy roads. Once in the park part of the road is closed to through traffic, but part is open to cars.

We will stop after the first lap of Richmond Park for a comfort break. You can then choose to tackle a second lap of the park or not, or head off from here.

Roadworthy bike and helmet essential as we are riding on public roads with traffic to and from the park. Advise layers if it is cold first thing, money/card for essentials, spare innertube always a good idea.

First-timers welcome!
