Heading out though West Brompton, South Kensington, through Hyde Park and Marlebone and onto Regents Park

Leaving from Pedal Back Cycling, 24 Lillie Road, West Brompton and heading to Regents Park via Hyde Park.

A mixture of main roads with varying levels of traffic and park roads (Hyde and Regents Parks).

No planned stops other than on the return leg where the ride finishes at Pedal Back Cycling.

Helmets always advisable, comfortable clothing and possibly waterproofs as the forecast is a little iffy!
