Starting from Port Penrhyn we'll cycle up towards Bangor pier. It’s cycle path and some short sections along the road for this ride, we will stop at the lovely Treborth Botanic Garden just off from the Menai suspension bridge. At the gardens we have the option to take a break and go for a walk and enjoy the gardens on foot (please bring a bike lock to secure your bike) or we can pay to take part in the outdoor yoga session run by Soulshine Yoga £5 per person (this is an externally run event with more details here www.facebook.com/events/285022236499043).
At 7pm after a walk or stretch in the gardens we will return to Porth Penrhyn along the same route. Whether this is your first Breeze ride or you are a regular rider you will be welcome to come along and join in.

There are limited spaces on the rides, so make sure you book early and let us know if you can’t attend so we can offer the space to someone else.

What to expect on the ride:
This ride will go at a steady pace and will take place on a combination of cycle paths and roads, on a risk assessed route led by a qualified Breeze champion. We will ride the short sections on the road together as a small group. We want these rides to offer an opportunity to practice cycling in a safe environment, to all have fun and gain confidence riding in a small group. This route has some ups and downs to tackle on our bikes, however we can take the climbs at our own pace, with breaks as we need them. No-one is ever left behind!

I've had Covid-19 Awareness Training from the Welsh Sports Association and am responsible for following all the necessary Covid-19 protocols to keep us all safe - please read the Covid-19 Section below.

If you have any questions or want to discuss anything please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us via the conversation function below, on the Breeze Network Anglesey, Gwynedd & Conwy Facebook group or by email Lucy ([email protected]).
