For the safety and enjoyment of all riders please do not pass the leader unless you know the road ahead, please shout back any warnings given (bollards etc) check your bike is roadworthy, that you are capable of the route mileage, your able to maintain average speed 10 mph for entire ride. Bring: helmet, tools, 2 tubes, waterproofs (even in good weather) and lights for your bike, also enough food and drink for hydration and energy
