Front Car park (outside Evans Cycles) National Cycling Centre

Starting and finishing at The National Cycling Centre, home of Team GB, this challenging but leisurely paced out-and-back ride follows quiet country lanes through the Medlock Valley before passing through the outskirts of Daisy Nook Country Park and over Hartshead Pike, where you'll feel a world away from the hustle-and-bustle of Manchester.  Why not have a well earned refreshment stop in the picturesque village of Uppermill before enjoying the route back to the National Cycling Centre and the home of British Cycling.  Remember to take your cycling legs!
