We start the ride by cycling to Tulse Hill, Tooting Bec Common and Figges Marsh. We then continue on to Mitcham and follow the Wandle River to Carshalton. We then join the main road to Sutton and Cheam, where we stop off a Nonsuch Park for a coffee break. We then cycle to Ewell and seek out the Hogsmill River. We visit the Six Acre Meadow, which has recently been discovered to have been the setting for the famous Opehila painting by John Everett Millais.

On our return journey we pass a grand American style housing estate and pass through several parks to get back to Morden. We then make use of a short off-road path to reach Tooting. We then pass the through Tooting Bec Common again and return to Dulwich Park, where the ride finishes.
