Cycleway, off road tracks,

as an when needed, where tracks cross, gates to go through, as and when ride leader asks on the day.

Helmets must be worn, as this is an off road ride, please ensure you are carrying repairs and spares for your bike, would suggest carrying either small rucksac or a hip pack / bumbag/ bike bag for your layers, as you may want to put on a layer or two when we stop and take them off when we get going again.
