Lousy attempt at a pun, but a truncated Tour of East Lothian. Out to Cousland, then to La Lanterne Rouge in Gifford for grub. Then, avoiding the rigg, head to Haddy and home, either along the old railway, or road if wettish).

We'll be on mostly tarmac, but may take the Haddington to Longniddry ex railway line.

Bring a spare innertube or two, any tools required for removing your wheel and lights. Cash or a packed lunch.
