Our rides are for the cyclist wanting more than a slower family ride, but not as fast as a "club run". Rides are about 30 miles long and at about 10-12 mph. Every ride has an optional a café/tea stop (the group decides on the day whether to stop or not). There will hills (it's hard to avoid them), but we always re-group at the top, and give everyone a breather. If possible please bring a spare inner tube (particularly if you do not have 26" or 700 size wheels). Please note that under 16s must be accompanied by an adult and are their sole responsibility.
