An easygoing ride (no rush!) for new cyclists of around 6 miles taking us to Dickens Heath. We will ride out on some quiet roads and an off road cycle track, returning through Bills farm on a bumpy track. This ride is best suited for bikes with thicker tyres (no slick road tyres allowed!)

Come along and enjoy your first guided cycle ride with fellow like minded women and you too might get the cycling bug! I've limited the number of spaces available on the ride to 4 - another incentive for you to give it a go!

Need to borrow a bike? Bikes (and helmets) are available to borrow free of charge from the Community Hub based in the park. If you need to borrow a bike then please contact me on the number below so that i can make the necessary arrangements.

The ride starts at Shirley park by the dog agility area/tennis courts on Grenville Road so see you there!

If you would like any further details then please text me.
