This is a ride for ladies to gain confidence in bike riding whether your a newbie or haven't ridden since you were a child, so come and join me for a quick skills session on the playing field which will be followed by a gentle ride through the woods. Please note there are no facilities so please ensure you go before come along. :-)

Trails through this lovely woodland.

Traffic free roads.

Please bring with you helmet, gloves, drink and a snack.
