If you are new to cycling with children on your bike, please consider attending our Introduction to Cycling with your Baby workshop first

We'll always try and fit in a cafe stop

Children must wear a helmet, we like grown ups to do so too. Bring water Make sure you and your child are dressed for the weather. Children in bike seats or trailers won't be as warm as the person peddaling, so make sure you put extra layers on

We especially welcome newbies!
