Heading out of Watford heading towards Ebury Way Rickmansworth Maple Cross West Hyde home heading past Denham Aerodrome Intu Denham Village to Denham Country Park for refreshments before heading back to Watford this route would be Park canal towpath and part eventually returning to Rickmansworth then back to Watford along the Ebury Way with 450 ft of climbing

Mountain bike ride to Denham Country Park then back to Watford mainly off road

On the way to Denham it will be mostly road and lanes

Stopping at Denham Country Park cafe

Spare inner tubes water and clothing for the time of the year
