Leaving Watford heading towards Aldenham golf course through the Muddy track then heading through bricketwood to Frogmore and then returning through mostly gravel grass tracks back into Watford
A muddy mountain bike ride
The majority of this ride will be off road with some road and lanes
Spare inner tubes water and clothing for the time of the year
