Starting from the Gandhi Court car park of Raphael Drive Watford there are no parking restrictions in the car parks heading towards the Ebury Way onto the the Grand Union Canal the Rye consists of Park canal towpath and Portrack stopping at black Jacks Mill for refreshments before heading back along the canal through Cassiobury park and it on to the finish
