Morning Ride to Llanfairfechan Beach & Panad at The Innings

Starting at Port Penrhyn we'll cycle up Lon Las Ogwen cycle track. At Llandygi we join the road & take Route 5 to Aber.
The route climbs high on the old Roman Road with spectacular views over the Menai Strait and over to Anglesey and Puffin Island.
From Aber we have a short section that runs adjacent to the A55 before taking the road into Llanfairfechan and down to the beach.
Route 5 is mainly quiet country lanes with a short busier section of road at Llandygi & into Llanfairfechan.

There are some steepish hills, but they don't go on for long. We can take them at our own pace and regroup at the top.

On our return we'll stop for a coffee at The Innings at Bangor Cricket Club. If you don't have time for coffee you can end the ride here and make your way back to Port Penrhyn.

All bikes welcome, including E Bikes.

Please book on the ride ahead of time.

WHAT TO BRING:
- A bike that's in good working order, with your tyres pumped up
- A helmet is compulsory for this ride
- Cloths suitable for the weather
- Money for the cafe
- A spare inner tube suitable for your tyres
