Easy going rides, we will cycle to our slowest paced rider, giving encoragement and confidence to venture a little further a field.
Please ware suitable clothing for the weather, helmets would be required for safety.
Ideal for beginners or those returning to cycling.
Suitable for mountain, hybrid or road bicycles. Ninety per cent traffic free; only a couple of residential roads at the beginning and end of the route.
It is a loop ride. There will, however, be opportunities to take photographs, stop for snacks etc.
Helmets are advisable for all. Please dress for the weather. All riders should bring a spare inner tube and pump.
