*THIS IS A GUIDED RIDE, SO OPEN TO MEN AND WOMEN*
Following the Ystwyth Trail, we will head into Aberystwyth with only a very short stretch along a quiet road, stopping for refreshments at The Hut, so please bring some money.
More or less flat, with some lovely scenery
If you like, you can join the ride from The Hut and just come and do one way, but you would have to arrange your own lift back from Llanilar
We will take our time, this is a very relaxed ride
Helmets compulsory
