Llanilar - Cwtch Cafe Return Coffee/Cake Test

THIS IS A RIDE SOCIAL, OPEN TO ALL ADULTS

So this is a bit of a mixture of a typical TEAM A and TEAM B ride, on the Ystwyth Trail and forestry fire roads and mainly traffic free, but some short sections on the road. All downhill on the way back, so plenty freewheeling, so don't be put off by the distance. We will take our time, stopping for a rest if necessary. Speed is not the focus of my rides :-)

Hybrid (off road tyres or fairly grippy road tyres) or mountain bikes are needed for this ride. No technical scary bits at all though!

We will pause at Cwtch Cafe in Pontrhydygroes for a takeaway coffee and/or cake so bring some money.

Helmets Essential

E bikes always welcome but you must stick with the group
