Liverpool FLAB twin lakes velo cafe 7

Starting at sainsburys east prescot road, heading down the liverpool loopline to aintree, joining a few main roads, country lanes to maghull. Then make our towards ormskirk via country lanes and b roads until we arrive at the twin lake velo cafe for a nice brunch etc we will then make our way back the way we came.

This is road ride to try and help those doing the liverpool-Chester sportive get some miles in.

Some canal path ,but mostly roads

Stop in maghull for an early lunch before making our way home.

Helmets are very important and cash if you wish to purchase lunch.

This is a training ride to practice riding in a small bunch on the main roads.
