This ride is along the flat Camel Trail and you will be responsible for yourself. The ride is traffic free apart from a short section through Wadebridge town centre. We will cycle to Padstow and take a break for a cuppa (and cake?) before heading back. Please bear in mind the trail is exposed to the weather at the northern end so you might like to bring an extra layer and warm gloves. If you have a road bike then tyres suitable for trail riding are absolutely essential. Please wear a helmet, bring an inner tube to fit your bike, plus Face covering and contactless payment for refreshments. The trail surface can be muddy so you might like to bring an old towel to cover your car seat!
