This social ride is labelled as a challenging ride due to the hills, mileage involved, busier roads and junctions than our usual easy paced local rides - also note timings 9.30am - approx. 2pm
We don’t go to this neck of the woods a lot so there will be hills and woods and some very pleasant scenery to enjoy. We will enjoy a very nice refreshment stop in the grounds of an old Manor House. I would advise bringing your own lunch or snacks as this saves time queuing up. Our stop has got a cafe and it’s very popular with the locals.
The ride is aprox 25 miles and hilly in places and uses some busier roads than we are used too. But all of you regular strong riders will have no problems at all. The ride starts/finishes from the front of Danson House at 9.30am (sharp) and is likely to return about 2pm: Phil leading.
Please ensure you are ok and have the stamina for riding 25 miles, we wait for all riders no one is left behind. Please bring an Oyster or travel card just in case.
