Lest we be Cranky

Please note that this route has been updated and I will post the correct gpx file prior to the ride.
Starting at the Farmers arms in Burscough we will ride towards halsall and then down to Rainford and our break for lunch. A meander through the linear park, we will then visit Crank and we will return via Lathom and Westhead and arrive back at the Farmers Arms, where I hope you will join me for a celebratory drink. (They do serve tea and coffee)
We'll ride at a steady pace of 10 - 12 mph on this ride and we'll keep our pace at a level so that we can all stay together.
Remember, this is not a race, but a leisurely ride at a pace to suit the slowest in the group!
Please check your bike over the night before the ride, tyres inflated, all bolts tight, lubricated. Clothing, helmet & lights checked and ready. Please ensure you have a pump and a couple of spare tubes in case of punctures and a good secure lock.

Please be at the start point at least 15 mins before the ride start time, (9.45) ready to ride, so that we are able to get away at the stated start time of 10.05
