Lenches Intermediate Ride

We will leave Crowle, heading out to Rous Lench, Atch Lench, and back through Bishampton and Abberton

A route around the Lenches, but to increase the challenge we will not be stopping for coffee and cake until the end of the 30 mile ride

Quiet country lanes, crossing over a few main roads

We will have a snack stop en route, with coffee and cake or maybe lunch at the end.

Please bring your helmet, gloves, spare inner tube, pump, water and a snack to eat en route. Please bring some money for the cafe afterwards
