Ladies Social Countryside Ride

This is a social ride for ladies only, the pace is steady, about 11MPH and is aimed at riders who have cycled recently, albeit this may be infrequently. So beginners who are reasonably fit are welcome. the ride is on quiet countryside roads and we keep the group moving at this time of the year so no one gets cold. We do not leave anyone behind other than by mutual agreement. We try to keep the group together for safety reasons although some riders may be fitter than others and therefore will have to wait or carry out 'ride backs'. We encourage a social element and try to find a coffee stop. We encourage riders to form their own social cycling groups.
