We've done this before...and such a perfect time to do it again.
Starting on the south side of the Tay estuary....Scenic with a few undulations at the start...then Luncheon at Perth...then onto :-

One for the bucket list .... Bring camera (the path through the woods to the tower may involve a bit of walking - But, It's worth it)
Then back to Dundee...this section is almost flat.
