Kent Miners Trail - Sandwich

This will be a circular ride out starting in the centre of SANDWICH (Guildhall Car Park), riding through picturesque surrounding villages, bringing us back to Sandwich. The ride is undulating with a mixture of flat and inclines on quiet country roads. There is limited opportunity for a cafe coffee stop, so please bring sufficient fluids and snacks with you, there will however be the opportunity for us to stop for a short time for these refreshments.

GOVERNMENT COVID-19 RULES APPLY - DO NOT ATTEND THIS RIDE IF YOU HAVE SYMPTOMS OF COVID-19, ARE CURRENTLY SELF ISOLATING OR SHARE A HOUSEHOLD WITH SOMEONE WHO IS SELF ISOLATING. If any of the above apply you will not be allowed to join the ride.

ESSENTIAL items to bring with you:
Inner tube for your bike Pump Latex gloves (in your bag)
Face covering/mask (in your bag)
Fluids
Medication you rely upon
Your bike MUST be in a roadworthy condition
A helmet is compulsory and you will need money for parking

DESIRABLE:
Knowledge of how to replace an inner tube for your bike. If not, you must have a contact number for someone to collect you in the case of a mechanical failure or puncture should you not be able to repair/replace the inner tube yourself.
