Hill to Hill

From the civic centre we'll head over to Northwick Park to join up with the Capital Ring that goes through Harrow School playing fields. Then that's when the hills start. We will cycle/walk to St Mary's Church and then heading over to Byron Rec on the parts of the Belmont Trail.

It will be busy traffic as we approach Headstone Manor and over to Headstone Lane before we hit the gravel again as we go through Pinner Farm and up Wakehams Hill.

And then it's all tarmac side roads as we make our way back to Harrrow Civic Centre.

It's the two biggest climbs in Harrow - Harrow on the Hill to Wakeham's Hill. There is a mix of gravel, trail, and tarmac

The majority of the route will be on busier roads and you need to feel CONFIDENT AND COMFORTABLE CYCLING IN TRAFFIC.

Once the hills are out of the way, we will stop at Daisy's cafe in Pinner for a well-earned break before doing the warm-down part of the ride back to the starting point.
