Starting from - Please meet outside the Dog and Duck pub in Linton High Street. The best place to park is the public part (i.e. the lower section) of the car park by Linton Health Centre on Coles Lane - it's less than 5 minutes' walk from the pub. Otherwise park on the streets, but please avoid taking the only parking spots outside local businesses if you can. CB21 4HS

We head out via Toppesfield, Stambourne and the Bumpsteads, returning via Finchingfield.

An undulating rural route through Cambridgeshire and Essex villages to Castle Hedingham.

We'll be on fairly quiet roads and some small lanes.

There will be a refreshment stop, about halfway through, at The Good Place cafe in the village of Castle Hedingham.

A helmet is a must. Please also bring a puncture repair kit appropriate for your bike, layers including a waterproof, water, and a way of paying for your coffee and cake! Lights are also recommended.

All welcome. If you haven't ridden with the group before, please drop a note to introduce yourself to the ride organiser (Frances) and if possible provide an email address if you'd like the route gpx to be sent to you nearer the time.
