An easy ride through quiet residential streets in Hanwell brings us down to the Grand Union Canal. After a brief stretch of canal towpath, we ride through Norwood Green and up to Osterley Park for refreshments at the National Trust cafe. The return ride to Ealing goes through mainly quiet roads to reach the river front in Isleworth, and then through Syon Park and Brentford.
