HA5 1RL

A circular ride on mainly quiet roads and cycle paths, there is a short stretch through Stockley Park golf course where the path is firm but not tarmac, so hybrid tyres are probably best.

We will stop for refreshments at the Rural Tea Rooms, near to West Drayton, this cafe is managed by HACS who deliver a ‘Stepping Stones to Life skills and Employment’ for young people affected by autism spectrum and learning disabilities. The aim of the project is to provide training and experience in a variety of areas which include Hospitality, Catering, Social Skills and Money Management Skills. All proceeds from the Rural Tea Rooms are re-invested to support the learners.

The cafe is located in the Rural Activities Garden Centre and they only accept cash. We can wander around the garden centre where they also provide educational and supported employment and volunteering opportunities for residents with additional needs.

Please dress appropriately for the weather and bring along a spare inner tube, oyster card and cash.

We never leave anyone behind
