Using quiet lanes and cycle track where ever possible

Riding to the Grub and Gumption cafe at Ferring for refreshments before heading home

We have an average of around 15 people coming along on each ride who don't always book as it isn't compulsory. So please don't worry if it seems that there are very few people signed up.
