Heading out of Watford towards the Hempstead Road then onto sarratt Chinese Latimer then onto Flaunden passing the Green Dragon pub with the famous Green dragon then on to chipperfield for refreshments at blackwells then heading back down Box Hill on to Grove Mill Lane then heading through the the Cassiobury Park estate then back to Watford this ride is 1000 feet of climbing
