Green Dragon Loop heading out of Watford towards the Hempstead Road heading towards Grove Mill Lane heading towards sarratt through Chenies then Latimer then passing the famous green Dragon at Flaunden then chipperfield common for refreshments at blackwells passing through Box Hill heading back to Grove Mill Lane then through the Cassiobury Estate then back into Watford to the finish
